The carrier driver, Harry, was prompt, and very careful with my car. He delivered the car to my door when he said he would. The car was in perfect condition. Direct Auto Transport was courteous and helpful. The account manger Bill was thorough, keeping me informed and making certain I was taken care of every step of the way.The only reservation I had was the price I paid was $50 more than I was quoted, perhaps due to my giving Discount Auto short notice. I would highly recommend this company for security and a job well done, as promised.
