I called Bill R at Domestic after a friend referred him to me (he came highly recommended). He was easy to talk to, and very informative about the process (this was my first time shipping a vehicle). Bill was always available when I called with a question or wanted a status update. The total delivery time from Jacksonville Florida to Dunseith North Dakota was 9 days. The total cost of shipping on an open carrier was $1,290. The car arrived in perfect condition (other than being dirty which was expected.) It took a little bit longer to fill the order after the available date, but I wasn't in a rush so it wasn't a problem for me (7 days to fill after the availble date). The order ended up being $100, more than the orginial quote, but Bill reduced his fee by $60 to reduce the amount to $40 extra. Even with this small increase the cost was still in line with other quotes I received and I wanted to go with someone I knew I could trust. I would definitely recommend Bill R at Domestic to anyone needing auto transport. The entire process was quick and easy and made me feel confident that my vehicle was going to arrive in the exact condition that it left in. Bill did a great job of making sure that I was completely satisfied with the service and reassuring me throughout the process. Emails were returned quickly and questions were answered.
