Sherry was amazing from the beginning. She was kind, professional, considerate, & very knowledgeable about the process and was up front about the cost from the beginning. At no time did I ever feel like I was getting a sales pitch or felt like I was being pressured into doing something that I was uncomfortable doing. The original quote was $1000 to transport my son's vehicle from East TN to Southern CA. The final cost was $1296 because I needed it to be transported as soon as possible and I couldn't get a carrier to pick it up for less than that in the time frame I needed it picked up. She was VERY diligent in trying to find a carrier to take it for the original quote and she was upfront that increasing the price might get a quicker response, but the decision was entirely mine. She called almost every day to keep me posted on the status of the quote and was very kind and helpful when I called her. There were days when my frustration level was very high and Sherry was very understanding and I truly felt that she was doing everything she honestly could do to speed the process along. I would definitely use Domestic Auto Transport if I ever have to ship a car again! I would also specifically use Sherry again.
