Armando,
When we sent the driver to pickup your vehicle you didn't answer your phone we called numerous times and sent emails. we can not have our driver wait all day to pick up your vehicle we do have other customers and your car wasn't the only one that needed to be picked up. you should also mention how we gave you a full refund. unfortunately this was out of our hands due to you not answering a phone call.
