Delivered the car from San Diego to TN 7 days before they were supposed to. Took the car to an impound lot and then when I made it to Tennessee it took me 6 days to find it. The dispatcher was rude, inconsiderate, obnoxious, and lied = she would NEVER return my call. She tried to tell me that I would have to inspect my car through a fence..which I explained would not be possible because I wanted to walk around the entire exterior PRIOR to paying them - she told me I would just have to figure it out. I finally drove around Columbia, TN and FOUND my own car - did the inspection and paid the bill. Doit Auto stiffed the towing company for part of the money they owed them - thankfully the impound lot did not make me pay. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they are beyond unprofessional and AWFUL!
