I can say with all honesty that Mike Lippe was a real pleasure to work with in lining up the quickest and most reliable transport available to deliver my just purchased classic pick-up truck in Washington State to my home in Florida.

Now I have used auto transports in the past, so I had some advance knowledge of the obstacles we might encounter and I must say Mike was very open in laying those out on the table prior to me telling him this wasn't my first rodeo.

In addition during the course of his search to find the right carrier to transport my truck. Mike stayed in close communication with me and the party whom I had purchased the vehicle from Washington State. Mike also kept me abreast of any changes and or adjustments that were needed in order to get the best deal in the quickest time possible. In the end he found a carrier that delivered my truck two days earlier than they had promised.

Over the entire time that I was doing business with Mike, he came across as very genuine and provided that personal touch in seeing that I was satisfied with the cost and method of delivery I would be most comfortable with. In today’s world of out-sourced Customer Service, it was nice to do business with someone of Mike’s caliber who made time to make me feel confident I would get the best deal with his company’s service and in the end then delivered on those promises.
