My experience with Discount Auto and Truck Transporters was superb. I have never had to ship a vehicle before, so did not know what to ask or what to look out for. After seeing the many, many positive reviews with this company; and most importantly how many times people have REPEATEDLY used this company, I felt very comfortable requesting a quote. Any correspondence with Steve was responded within a timely manner, excellent customer service. I also appreciated the fact that he pointed out in his quote what to look for and what to make sure you get (as a consumer) should you decide to not go with his company. Steve is very interested in the consumer being treated fairly, whether you are his customer or not. Once the transportation company had been established, Steve emailed me the name and telephone number of the trucking company with an estimated pick up date of 9/28/15 and an estimated delivery date of 9/29 or 9/30. The vehicle was picked up on 9/28/15 and delivered the next morning to us. I am completely happy with all aspects of this transaction. If you need to ship a vehicle, I highly recommend using Discount Auto & Truck Transporters!!
