Steve had to work with a complex situation i.e. only a few dates the car could be picked up and definite date it could only be delivered. My son was at college and we would be in California at his graduation - therefore the car could only be delivered before the day we were leaving or only, after the day we were returning. Steve found a a carrier who could meet these dates. Steve was very understanding and easy to work with. And we would definitely use him again.
