Overall, very good experience. My first available date was Wed. Truck got there Wed night so they didn't pick it up until Thurs morning, not bad. The driver let me know that if everything goes well, he would be in Hartford by the next Wed. He ended up running a little late, so the veh got there Thurs morning... again, not bad. My car was extremely dirty when I got it but I wasn't bothered by that... it was an open truck and the driver had to go through Ohio and NY where there were some bad snow storms, understandable. I would def use them again.
