My minivan was damaged when a deer jumped directly in front on the freeway. We got it to a body shop in Rapid City, SD, and they fixed the van in a few weeks. I needed to get it back to my home in MN (575 miles). Steve and Discount Auto stood out for their excellent service and total honesty; I knew right away the cost (locked in - lots of companies don't do that) and an estimate of the time frame. Steve posted the van on a Friday, and by the end of the day a carrier that was local to me said they wanted it. We got lucky - they had an enclosed carrier but took me for the open carrier fee. They just wanted to cover their costs coming back to MN. They picked up the van Saturday morning, and got it to me Sunday evening. A TOTALLY good experience; I would use Discount Auto again if needed.
