Spoke to Lydia on 02/22/2011 morning and placed an order for shipping my 2007 Odyssey from FL. After a couple of hours received email notification that a carrier is assigned to pick it up. Thats was incredible speed of assignment. The carrier assigned was Matthew Car Corp and I found that there was a negative feedback on this site for the carrier. That alerted me and after brief exchanges of emails, Direct Auto Express said... "the carrier is not sophisticated enough to get positive feedback, however they have 100% rating within the auto transport industry" That was more than a casual assurance and I just relaxed. I was also told that the van would be picked up withiin 25th Feb 2011 (thats about 3 days). Surprise!! On Friday (02/25/2011) morning I get a call from the carrier that my van will be delivered in couple of hours. The van was a bit dirty but that was expected. No scratches or damages. The vehicle was delivered within 3 days of placing the order. I dont think it could be any better. It was an awesome job very well executed by both Direct Auto Express and Matthew Car Corp. I'll definitely recommend their service and would hire them again for future requirements. Thanks
