I didn't know what to expect when I called and got a quote of only $650 for a coast to coast transport so......I checked with the Better Business Bureau and saw that Direct Express had a 5-star (excellent) rating so I went with them. From the very beginning, they were friendly, efficient, reliable and very willing to answer all of my questions (no rushing me off the phone). I was not at the scene when they picked up my car but my friend who agreed to help me out, said things went very smoothly - they were on time, friendly, efficient, etc. When my car arrived into Los Angeles, CA, the driver called me several times with updates on estimated arrival date & time and even called me as he was pulling onto my street to let me know of his arrival. He was very friendly and efficient as well and....I watched him pull the car down off of the ramp - very careful and efficient process - my car was exactly as it was the day I left it in Atlanta for pick up. I was very impressed with this service. Thank you! It's nice to know that competent, efficient services like this DO exist!
