After reviewing many transport companies on the internet to ship a car that I purchased in Chicago to be transported to my home in Connecticut , I decided to go with Direct Express and I am sure glad I did ! Not only were their prices extremely reasonable, but the communication throughout the process was exceptional. I had heard horror stories from friends and family who had used other shipping companies through the years and I am happy to say that none were experienced with Direct Express. I will without a doubt recommend them to others and use them again if I ever need to. Direct Express contacted throughout the shipment, the pickup on the other end went smoothly , they got my car here to Connecticut in one day of transport time and the driver was extremely knowledgeable helpful and nice!! I have to say that after some trepidation about having a car shipped, they made it great.
