Right from the beginning I felt like I was helped tremendously with a very polite young woman, that was courteous and knowledglable. She helped me, as I was a first time customer, there were many questions I had. She was great in answering each one. Later, I needed to make contact with the driver and he got back to me in reasonable time, with again a courteous call. When it looked like the driver was going to be later than the expected time, he called and set up a time to meet a disignated area, which was very convienit for us. The meeting went well, very professional done. I felt secure in letting the car go. The car arrived it great time, sure dirty, but that was to be expected on an open carrier. When the car arrived our son received it and was surprised to get the car in that time frame for the money we spent for the transporter. I am so glad my neighbor had the idea to use a transporter company. I am so glad that I used this company, and would definitly refer my friends to you. It was a well worth $675.00 spent, saving us stress, time, and money in the long run. Thank you!
