First off Direct Express is a broker and not a carrier. So you never know what you are going to get as far as drivers. The first driver was rude with my pickup contact (said he left messages that the contact never got, hung up the phone on him) so we called Direct Express and had the carrier changed, it was very easy and they were extremely flexible to our request.
The second carrier assigned was very flexible in working with my pickup contact and this makes things so much easier. The car was picked up on Saturday evening and dropped off at my house 9am Monday morning.
I did pay $50 to turbo charge my delivery. ($500 total)
I would recommend Direct Express as an auto transport broker.
