Fern Transport moved our Smart Car from Tucson, Arizona, to Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Fern phoned and asked if he could pick up the car a day early, which was fine with us because we own two cars. On the drive over from Tucson, we passed Mr. Fern's transport on the side of the road in Odessa, Texas, where a power steering hose had broken on his truck. We were contacted the next day and the problem was explained to us. From that point, the Ferns stayed in contact and were able to get the truck repaired and deliver our Smart Car the following Saturday. In spite of the breakdown, I would not hesitate to use Fern Transport or Express Auto Transport again. The entire experience was delightful.
