I found information about this company as I researched vehicle transport options. The initial contact with the company was very pleasant, and all transport options were clearly explained. I selected the open car carrier option. THe driver was at my home for pick up right on time, and he was courteous and answered my questions about time for the car to arrive at destination, and other details around pick up. Delivery took 4 days which was sooner than expected. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided by Direct Express. I plan to use them again for transport of our second vehicle.
