Direct Express Auto Transport is a great company. This was the first time I have ever shipped my car so this was a new experience for me. The woman I spoke with took the time to answer my questions about transporting my car to a different state. The driver who picked up and shipped the car (his name is Ceasar) was very nice and communicated with me and my contact person (the one shipping the car to me) about when he was picking up the car and when it would arrive. He picked up the car from my contact person when he said he would and delivered the car to me around the time he told me he would. He wasn't extremely late or anything like that.
My car arrived in great condition, with no major problems, and it was still running.
Direct Express Auto Transport took care of everything and has excellent customer service. I will definitely use them again if I need car shipping services. Thank you, DEAT!
