After spending several days reviewing several companies both thru the BBB and this site I finally decided to just pick one that was about the middle of the price quotes. It was clear to me that how much the carrier makes and the pickup/drop off locations have a lot to do with delivery times and quality of the carrier. I had a gut feeling to go with this company. I never talked with anyone on the phone. I placed my order on their Internet site showing the Mini Van was ready for pickup. I got a confirmation letting me know they will email me as soon as they find a carrier. With in a few minutes I got another email showing me the carrier with all the contact info. My van was picked up in under 2 hours from when I placed the order (that is correct) and my van arrived this morning 3 days after placing the order online. Other 5 star places were telling me because of the route it could take up to 7 days to pickup and longer to deliver. My van arrived a little dirty which is expected when transporting a car 1700 miles on an outside carrier, no complaints!. Driver (Mike) was very nice and kept in contact with me starting 1 day before delivery. He was right on time based on his estimate the previous day. I realize the fast pickup and delivery is probably on the lucky side due to perfect timing but I was very impressed from start to finish and you bet I would use them again!
