After searching for a reliable transport service in the internet, Direct Express Auto Transport immediately caught our attention for it's professional and organized website with a reasonable price and our experience with them has been exactly so. We picked the first available pick up date and time and they were right on time and in front of our son's apartment building to pick up the car and was handled in a very careful manner. The car was delivered only 4 days after the pick up and was given to us, in perfect condition in an enclosed truck even though we paid for an open one, right in front of our residence by a very professional gentleman named Fernando. We were immediately contacted by an agent in the company and later by Fernando, the driver, for instructions of pick up and later for the delivery. He even called us when he was on his way to Florida just to let us know that he was on time and that our car was ok! Our experience with Direct Express Auto Transport was excellent! Because of their service, we are going to send the car back to our son in Massachusetts plus a friend's car. We definitely recommend them for their service and will continue to use them in the future, thank you! Rodriguez Family
