I would just like to say that my experience with transporting my vehicle was smooth. This was my first time having a vehicle transported and it was fairly simple. I called, got a quote, asked a lot of questions; in which the phone rep's were very patient with me...I appreciate that.
The driver contacted me. He was actually a funny guy. My car is older and has some character dents...lol! and he was telling jokes about my car...good jokes, nothing offensive.
Any who, he picked my car up in CT on a Thursday and 6 days later he dropped it off to me in CA. I only had a rental car for 3 days vs. the 7 I had planned...smile!
For both pick up and delivery, he called the day before, then the day of delivery. I paid $175 on my credit card when I made the reservation and gave him the remaining balance in cash when he delivered my car to me. Other than dead bugs from the highway, my car was returned to me in the same condition.
Overall, I would use this company again.
