Our outstanding record speaks for itself. Actually we processed this refund last week when he requested. Mr. Bejjanki Shravanthi evidently did not understand that it takes the merchant gateway banking system 2 or 3 business days to route refunds back to his card. Had he been a tad more patient, he likely would see it today or tomorrow, depending on his bank card issuer not ours. I think the weekend not being business days kinda tripped Mr. Shravanthi up. Thats okay - we understand.
We wish Mr. Bejjanki Shravanthi lots of luck in all his future endeavors.
