I ordered the shipment online, was the last I heard of it til I received and email saying when my car would be picked up. They picked it up right on time, driver called me, said he would be in Texas on Thursday. Thursday morning came, got the call saying he was 2 hours away, and pulled to my house and unloaded the vehicle...Drive was very friendly. Overall the experience was hassle free. Like I said...ordered it online and basically put it out of my mind til the car got here, they handled everything.
