I say that the driver picked up on time but that's not entirely true. It was pooring down raining and the driver offered to come and pick up but was willing to work out a different time the next day (Sunday) to pick up when the weather was better. I really appreciated him picking up on Sunday as the weather was much better and he was able to work without dangerous storms.
