This is the first time I've transported a car and I used this service, transportreviews.com, to look into a couple companies I came across on the web. From perusing the reviews I chose Direct Express and I had a very positive experience. I called in my order on a Friday evening and received an email the following Monday letting me know my load has been assigned to a carrier. The carrier called me later that day and set up a pick up for the following day, Tuesday. The driver showed up on time and delivered my car all the way from here in Oregon to Charlotte, NC in exactly 7 days. The transaction on the other end was just as seemless. It couldn't have gone any better. I would definitely use Direct Express if I ship a car again.
