I was previously given the name of another auto transporter used by my employer but after reviewing them on the internet, I decided to look around because almost all comments regarding their service were extremely negative. They were also more expensive and would charge extra to pick up the vehicle at my home.
After looking on the internet, based on various customers many positive reviews I contracted with Direct Express Auto Transport to ship my Toyota Camry from Huntington Beach, CA to to my son's home near Minneapolis, Minnesota. I placed the order on March 24, 2010, and a truck was assigned on April 10th. because I had told them I was in no particular hurry for them to pick it up. The initial pickup was scheduled for Saturday, April 10, but it was rescheduled to Monday, May 12th at about 9 AM. The truck driver called me several times to advise of his status, and he arrived right on time. They left here at about 10 AM and said they normally quote 7 - 10 days transport time but it should be there before then. It actually arrived in Minnesota on Wednesday afternoon, April 14th, after only a little over two days in transit. I was surprised it got there that fast. It arrived with no damage. I would definitely use them again.
