I was very pleased with the accuracy of the delivery and of the courtesy of the Driver. The delivery truck arrived at the time that they said that they would. When I first contacted your company I was pleased with the attitude of the young lady who responded to my inquiries, I had many questions since this was the first time I ever used a Transport Company. She was very patient with my questions and helped me understand your routine. I did question why the return trip was $100.00 more than the arrival trip. I am still not sure why there is this difference. Maybe it is better to give the full amount of $1300.00 when the first inquiry is given rather than the $600.00 for one way. I assumed that therefore the price would be $600.00 each way. I think it is always good to be accurate and clear upfront. I am not objecting to the overall price just the manner in which it is carried out. I would say in summing up that I would have your service again. I did fill out a similar rating in February when I transported my car out to California. I never received a response from you nor the $10.00 rebate.
