This was our first time transporting a vehicle, and we were somewhat apprehensive about the process. Everything worked out very, very well. We were contacted quickly once the order was placed, the car was picked up promptly by a friendly, competent driver, and then it arrived on the opposite coast in just 6 days (the estimate was 7-10). Our daughter was the recipient of the car, and she said that everything went smoothly on her end also. The cost was $975, which we found to be very reasonable and competitive. Overall, we were obviously very pleased with the service, and if we ever need to transport another vehicle, we will certainly use Direct Express Auto Transport.
