I shopped around many companies before I settled on Direct Express. I was able to get a 5 star rated company that was several hundred dollars cheaper than the others. I was kept informed throughout the whole process from pickup through delivery. I did not experience any problems going through Direct Express. I was kept up to date by the truck driver as to exactly when he would reach my destination with the vehicle.
