Our outstanding record speaks for itself. Mrs. Cesped was refunded the day after she canceled her order. Martha was shipping from remote Lampasas, Texas and few if any drivers were going her way, a problem explained to her. She did not understand that she would see it on her statement in two or three business days, and spent considerable time screaming at our very nice customer service representatives. We have discovered that there are a percentage of people like Martha, but thankfully not many.
We wish Martha Cesped lots of luck in all her future endeavors.
