Direct Express Auto Transport was safe and reliable if I need to ship another vehicle I will be using them again. The driver was courteous and trustworthy he allowed me to call him with any questions or updates on his location. I had never used a shipping company and was very nervous about the experience since I have heard horror stories from other companies. My friend had used a different company and they would not release his car until he paid an extra $200.00, so I was scared that his experience was going to be mine but that was not the case. My experience with this company was reliable and there was no hidden cost and fees. They quoted me a price of $750.00 and that was the final price I paid. The only thing negative I would say is my car was filthy there was bugs all over it but since my car did come in an open carrier it was to be expected but after a good car wash everything was fine. I know in the future if I need to transport another vehicle I will definitely use Direct Express Auto Transport again my entire experience was pleasant.
