Though the shipment never came to pass through Direct Express, I cannot tell you how great they were! From day one, the staff was very helpful and very friendly. It seemed to be a great match up, and I was very excited to work with such polite people. Their company has great reviews for a reason.
This was the second company I had contacted about shipment, the first being a company I had used a couple years ago and had a wonderful experience with, only to be incredibly disappointed the second time. So, after contacting Direct Express, they were able to give me an adequate quote with a decent timeline for shipment. I was already at my destination without my vehicle, due to the first company's failure, so I was more worried about getting it picked up than how long it took the driver to get it to me.
I had high hopes based on what I was told, paid the deposit, and anticipated a quick response with shipment details. Given the holidays, I was later told that drivers were behind, something I had figured, which was why I started out with the first company several weeks in advanced of my departure. Nonetheless, Jessica and the other staff were very pleasant and reassuring. I felt that they were trying their best to meet my needs.
Things did not end up working out with Direct Express, but at no time was it due to their customer service or anything else. It just didn't work. Another avenue for getting my car came about, and things worked out for the best. I was so impressed with Jessica and the other staff members and their helpfulness, that I had to be sure to write a review. I think they will work hard to meet the needs of any customer, and do everything they can to get your car shipped and on its way!
Even if things did not go exactly as planned, I had a very positive experience overall with Jessica and Direct Express. Keep up the great work! Your professionalism and customer service definitely set you apart from many of the other companies out there. Great work, and thank you for all of your assistance!
