I would like to say that from beginning to end the service was EXCEPTIONAL...absolutely excellent customer service. I worked with Ashley the entire time, from the time I called her to get a quote to when I put down the deposit and got my car picked up by David the driver everything was great. I will definitely recommend your company along with David to EVERYONE who is in need of getting their car transported. No matter how many times I called or when I called Ashley was very personable, sweet and knowledgeable. You all always pick up the phone and have a pleasant attitude. It was very short notice when I called to book everything and I was still in my old city working so I had to coordinate everything at work, last minute and I felt very confident that you all could get the job down and you all executed it, it could not have been any better. Keep up the great work, with service like this..you all are truly an industry leader. Thank you again and I will definitely send business your way.
P.S. if anyone can give my feedback to David as well, please do... he was very professional and kept me updated from Thursday when he picked up my vehicle to Friday when he droped it off. Not to mention when I came out to get my car when he picked it off, he had the car already off the truck and sitting in front of the building ready to go. EXCELLENT, also he had a great attitude.
