I was very pleased with the overall business of shipping my Saturn from Tennesee to Southern California. The company had the best pricing compared to others. Everyone I dealt with was extremely polite and professional. From the pickup to the delivery all went smoothly! I received email notifications all along the way. They told me when the car was picked up, which was very quickly. They told me when they would be delivering the car. I received a phone call from the driver telling me where he was and that he would be there in an hour or so. I WAS VERY PLEASED!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY USE DIRECT EXPRESS AUTO TRANSPORT AGAIN AND REFER OTHERS TO USE THEM.
