I have used 5 different transport companies in the past and I have to say this is one of the best. ATD gave me an affordable $600 quote to transport a car from Chicago to Phoenix. The quote was $150 less than 6 other quotes I received from other auto transport companies. I was worried that I might get bad service because I always believe you get what you pay for but the service I received was outstanding. I purchased the car on a Friday, filled out the transportation order that evening thinking it would take a week or two before it would get picked up and they had a driver ready to pick it up on the next day which was Saturday. Granted it was being picked up in big city Chicago but overnight pick up was a shock. Needless to say the seller of the car was not ready to give up the car because I couldn't overnight him the money until Monday so I called Auto Transport Direct and they said no problem we can reschedule the first available pickup day for Monday. Tuesday the car was picked up. Sorry I don't remember who I spoke with but both of the girls at Auto Transport were very nice and handled all my questions and concerns as if I was the only one having a vehicle moved that day. Highly recommend to anyone looking to transport an auto. Thanks again, Jim.
