Every representative I spoke with on the phone was very friendly, responsive, and knowledgable. Every question I had was answered with certainty. I was worried about the insurance coverage of the carrier. This turned out to not be a problem because I was able to see a copy of their policy. I was told it would take 7-10 days to be shipped which it did. The driver was very flexible and worked around my schedule for delivery. The best part about the experience was that the carrier came to my house for the pick up and delivery.
