Transporting my Eclipse Spyder was a pleasant experience from the first phone call to your company through delivery to my door. I was already in Florida and had left my convertible with my son in Colorado. After making the arrangements, we ran into logistics problems and I was forced to cancel. When the problems on my end got resolved, I called back to reschedule. All of the information was on file, making the processs very easy. I got a call that pick-up would be the next day. The pick-up was scheduled for my son's convenience. I couldn't believe three days later when I got a call telling me the car would be delivered the next morning. Large trucks are not permitted on our street, so the driver called to ask if it would be alright if he took it off the truck and drove it to the house. He needlessly kept apologizing for the inconveniencing me. It was no inconvenience at all. The car was delivered in perfect condition. I hope I never make another big move, but if I do, I will definitely use your services.
