I had a very favorable experience with Direct Express Auto Transport. It was very easy to obtain the quote online and then make the reservation for the transport online also. I also telephoned the company with some questions and the people I spoke with were very pleasant and helpful. I had done a lot of research into transport companies and I found Direct Express to have not only a good rating but also low pricing.

I received a confirmation by email immediately and within an hour was assigned to a trucking company, also verified by email. I made the initial contact on a Tuesday and I was contacted by the trucking company on Thursday to schedule pickup for Friday. The trucking company gave me a two hour window of when they would arrive and they did arrive within that time frame. The driver carefully inspected the car for any previous damage and was very careful and professional in loading the car onto the transport truck. He told me the car should be at the final destination by Monday. The vehicle was picked up in Illinois and delivered to Nevada.

The trucking company did indeed deliver the vehicle to Nevada by Monday evening as promised and in the same condition as when it was picked up. I was very pleased that the whole experience took less than a week and cost a total $675.00 which was much less than the competitors I had researched. This is basically the same review I submitted to the company and they asked that I submit this information to this review site for a $10.00 credit on my deposit. The credit did not affect the content of my review; only that I took the time to submit it. I would recommend this company to others.
