Our experience with Direct Express Auto Transport was excellent from the very beginning to the end! I felt good with my initial telephone call to the office. They were friendly, very informative, and very professional. The price was excellent as well. Within days I was called with my driver. We met and he was very nice and friendly as well. I felt very comfortable turning my father's vehicle over to him to be transported across country. My driver kept in contact with me of his location while traveling. My father's vehicle was delivered in great shape, in a very timely manner, and my father too felt the driver was wonderful. I would highly recommend your company to others! The Better Business Bureau rated your company with an A. I believe there was an error; it should have been an A++. We are deeply grateful and appreciative and will use your company again. Thank you!
