I have used another car transporting service and it can not compare to Direct Express Auto. On the day that I called to schedule the pick up with them, my car was picked up that afternoon. I had it transported from Oregon to New York in 6 days. The other place that I used transported a car from New York to Florida and it took 2 to 2 and a half weeks. I will definitely use Direct Express Auto again.
The customer service was great. Every time that I called for an update on my car, someone also answered the phone, never had to go through anything automated and they were always able to answer my questions right away.
I do want to say that even though Direct Express offered me compensation to give them a review, even if they didn't my review would still be the same.
They are a very good and reliable company and I would definitely use them again!!!
