I've used Direct Express on another vehicle prior to this move and didn't hesitate to use them for a couple more cars I needed moved across the country.
The car (1985 Mercedes) on this order was not running and unfortunately the key they had didn't open the trunk where the battery was to jump start it so they had to manually load the car - they charged me a bit more, but it wasn't a big deal. Since the car wasn't running I had a change in plans of the delivery address along the way - it didn't phase them one bit.
The car arrived earlier than expected, and they even dropped it off at a local auto mechanic shop without me even having to be there.
Everything when smoothly and they are very cooperative when plans change - I highly recommend their service for any vehicle move.
