I had a great expeience in speaking with the ladies in the office they were very very helpful and answered all the questions that I had. They did not get aggravated when I called again to reconfirm all the information with them again. They contacted the location of where the car was and worked all the details out with her and then called me back to let me know that we were on schedule for the p/u. I had the driver call me as well to advise when and what time the car was picked up what the estimated time frame would be for the delivery of the car. The trucker was in constant touch with me and my husband to give us updates which was a very nice touch. And when the car was close to the area of delivery he called and gave us a location to meet him to p/u the car because he would be unable to get to my house to deliver the car. The trucker called but we were unable to get to him at the moment but he waited until my husband to get to the location and pick up the car from him. It was a great experience and if I would need to move or have anything hauled from any where again I would no think twice in using your company again.
