The driver was curteous and stayed in touch with me by phone when he ran into bad weather. He kept me informed of his ETA along the way, and delivered my Mom's car right to the door. I was very satisfied with the service, and the same was true before when I used Direct Express Auto Transport to move another car from Ohio to California. This is a great service, since my alternative would be to fly back and drive the car to California myself. The cost of transport is very fair considering the wear and tear on the car if it had been driven across country, time off for me, and cost of getting to Ohio in the first place to be able to drive the car back. It's one more thing I can successfully cross off my to-do list!
