Our outstanding reputation speaks for itself. Every once in awhile we get customers such as Jen, who demand constant attention and are what is commonly known as high maintenance. You can almost tell that from reading her review.
Our records show that Jen embellished her review by misstating when her car was made available, she said eleven days ago when it was only seven. Nobody told her that she would get an email the next day, and nobody promised 4-5 days pick up time. Most people understand that shipments to rural northeastern Ohio might take a tad longer, which was explained to Jen. Because she spoke in vulgar terms toward our very nice customer service representatives, they were relieved when Jen abruptly cancelled her order. That is very understandable.
