I had never transported a vehicle before and Direct Express Auto Transport made the experience very simple. They were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable on the phone and were able to accommodate me even when the dates I needed for the move changed. They found a transportation company quickly and the driver contacted me as scheduled and delivered the vehicle exactly on time, even with the Memorial Day holiday involved. The car was a bit dirty upon arrival, but that was not unexpected. Only minor glitch was that the driver locked the car key in the car and had to call a locksmith service to get it opened upon arrival. Otherwise, there were no issues. I would certainly use Direct Express again as the shipment turned out to be quite reliable at what I felt was a reasonable price.
