I had checked many of the auto carriers, and found this one that was rated an A by the BBB. That was important to me, and the quote was cheaper than another quote I'd received.
A few others were a bit cheaper,but in checking their ratings, I found them to be poorly rated vs. Direct Express. Some of them even called and tried to lead me in their direction by saying anyone who was cheaper would be bad news. I found that fishy.
So we went with Direct Express, and called to make the arrangements. The people on the phone were great, and were very positive when we said we'd have to call in some additional information before the car was picked up.Everyone I spoke with was professional and fun.
The first day the car was available to be picked up was on a Monday. And they picked it up on Monday! We had the car on Tuesday, in great shape, and were so surprised that it was so fast.
We expected it to take at least three or four days.
We would absolutely use Direct Express again, and gladly give this company a great pat on the back! There's a good reason for the "A" rating at the BBB - it doesn't get any better than this.
