I had never shipped a car so I was a little nervous. I did a google search for auto transport and I decided to choose Direct Auto Transport. Their customer service was very professional and knowledgeable.
The driver picked up my wife's car right down the street from us (we live on a narrow street, so I could understand it being difficult to get a big truck down it). Within minutes the car was loaded and headed for it's new destination.
We drove our other car cross-country and i was a little worried about the timing. But it all worked out perfectly. I received a car from the driver letting me know he would be delivering the car to our new address the following day/
We met him outside our apartment complex, unloaded the cars and signed off on the paperwork.
Overall, a wonderful easy experience. I would not hesitate to use Direct Auto Transport for any future needs.
