This was our 1st time using an auto transporter. We went on the internet and got phone #s of the top 5 transporters that came up.
We called all 5 and got estimates. They ranged in price from $725.00 to $1195.00.
All of them offered about the same service. The more expensive services tried to warn you off of the cheaper ones by saying they would impound your car for days before being transported. That was not the case at all.
We decided to us Direct Express Auto Transport for $725.00. It was an excellent choice.
The contact people helped us with everything we needed to know. The pickup and delivery dates were set and everything went like clock work.
The car was on its way to California as soon as it was loaded on the transporter. The driver was very professional and friendly.
One week later the car is delivered to my son, a little dirty from going coast to coast, but in excellent condition. My son was very pleased with the delivery.
We would use this company again if the need arises. Everyone we spoke to was very informative, friendly and helpful.
This is a very good company that offers an excellent service at a very reasonable price.
