I called the main number a couple of times prior to booking just to get some questions answered and it was great to have the phone answered by a real person who was helpful and pleasant.
Wayne, the vehicle transporter, was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I felt very comfortable entrusting my vehicle to him. His communication was excellent. Wayne called me two days before the pick up date to determine a convenient time for me. He called me the day of the pick up and let me know his estimated time of arrival. He called a day before drop-off to arrange a specific drop-off time. He delivered the vehicle in perfect condition.
Before booking with Auto Transport Direct, I compared prices and reviews of other transporters. Auto Transport Direct was one of the less expensive transporters but had consistently high reviews. Now I can vouch for it!
