We chose Direct Express to handle the shipping of my daughter's car from Virginia to California. They contacted West Coast Auto Transport to carry out the shipment. We were told that it could take from 1 to 7 days for the car to get picked up after the available date and then 7 to 10 days to get it to California. My daughter got a call two days before the available date and was asked if the car could be picked up the next day, that was ok with us. Promptly at the arranged time, Cedric was there to pick up the car. He was friendly, courteous and professional. 6 days later the car was in California! The whole transaction could not have gone smoother. Thanks to Direct Express and West Coast Auto Transport for a job well done. I will use them again if need be. With all the auto transporting companies out there, which one do you chose? We rolled the dice and came up with sevens! Thanks again!
